Join our lead chocolatier, Mark Simpson, as he leads a class on working with chocolate and various confections.

Sept and October we are offering the following classes:
Sept 15th - Fondant Confections
Sept 29th - Jelly Confections
Oct 13th - Aerated Confections
Students will take home a selection of confections made in class and a handout with recipes and information discussed in class for use at home.
Yes, you can BYOB! (Plastic or Paper cups only, please)
The class is $75 per participant and last approx 2 hours, dependent on number of students and complexity. Classes are geared for ages 12 and up.
Due to working with hot sugar, we do not allow open toes shoes and long sleeve shirts are preferred. Aprons will be provided.
Class Enrollment closes the prior Sunday and we require a minimum of 2 people to hold any class. Should we not reach that number of participants we will contact you and arrange other suitable dates that will work or refund the cost.
No refunds for any cancellation made within seven days of the event.
